1. Age requirements:
The renter must be at least 18 years old and have a valid boat certificate for the type of boat being rented.

2. Deposit:
A deposit must be paid when collecting the boat. The deposit will be returned when the boat is returned, if it is returned in the same condition as it was rented out.

3. Payment:
Payment for boat hire must be made upon collection of the boat. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.

4. Safety instruction:
Before setting sail, the tenant will receive a thorough instruction on safety equipment, the boat's functions and important navigational information. It is the hirer's responsibility to follow these instructions and comply with the applicable maritime rules and navigation areas.

5. Fuel:
Fuel is not included in the price and must be returned with a full tank. The renter will be charged an additional fee if the boat is returned with less fuel than when picked up.

6. Damage and Damage:
The hirer will be responsible for any damage or damage to the boat that occurs during the hire period. The hirer must pay the cost of repairing or replacing the boat in the event of damage or loss.

7. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the rental date in order to receive a refund. In case of cancellations within 24 hours, the payment is not refunded.

8. Disclaimer:
Strandby Boat Rental assumes no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property that occurs during the rental period. The renter will be fully responsible for their own actions and for any damage caused by the renter or any passengers on board the boat.

9. Insurance:
Strandby Boat Rental has compulsory liability insurance on all our boats. However, it is recommended that the renter takes out additional insurance to cover any damage or damage to the boat during the rental period.
